TGIF!

Happy Friday all,

Welcome to another day of Linda's incredible journey.  The early morning eye appt yesterday was VERY well worth it.  Dr. Jordon examined me and said he would send the new lens back for a refund, as my vision is 20/20 with my old glasses ... and no double or blurred vision.  He was quite surprised and pleased, as you can well image were we.  Actually I wasn't surprised since I've been seeing so well for about two weeks, just very pleased.  Either the radiation, chemo or a combination of both has been working on "Tramp" (tumor in my right orbit).  We'll find out when we go to Denver in November (poetic, hun?) whether they are able to remove it or not.

Angie and Baylee came over yesterday afternoon and really made a dent in the boxes, putting together the entertainment center.  Then Jared and a friend of his came by and took a bunch to the basement, stuff we don't need right now.  Hopefully by Monday all boxes will be empty and our home will be completely put together.  I'm hoping to get all the crystal put away today.

My hair is now manageable.  I went to Jeff yesterday and he really straightened it out.  In fact, both sides are even.  Bonus!

Well, that's pretty much it for today.  I'm feeling marvelous, once again, and continuing to get stronger every day.  Have a beautiful day and I'll be talking with you tomorrow.

Loads of Love,

L

  1. My grandma is a miracle! And an amazing example to all of us who are blessed to be a part of your life. I'm so glad your doing better each day and thankful that the Lord is hearing our prayers to heal you. Lets keep up the good work :)

The house is coming together so well! Its warms my heart to know there is another set of loving, wonderful, and welcoming grandparents living in the house on the hill. Everyone's hard work is paying off, it's looking like a home.

Have a wonderful day Grandma! I have to work a few hours, then Kendra is coming over so we can ride for a few hours. I'm pretty excited to get the horses out and just go for a while. Homework tonight, and photos tomorrow.

Get some rest today, and know I'm thinking about you.

    Love you mostest-
    Jen-Jen

So happy for you that you are feeling so well and seeing. I think "Tramp" just didn't know who and what he was up against!!
