What a blessed morning. It's a little cool in Gillette City, and not supposed to get out of the 60's today, but then back into the 80's tomorrow so we certainly can't complain! It just doesn't seem possible that this is the end of September. Where have the last two months gone?
Check out the time. It was a great night, filled with wonderful sleep, I feel like a million bucks today. No, wait. I feel like a hundred million dollars this morning. Just as soon as I finish this I'm going to jump in the shower and get cleaned up, since we have a 7:45 eye appt. What motivated me to make such an early appt, you ask? It was the only time Dr. Jordon could see me for several weeks and I wanted to get my new lens. Since I haven't had any double vision in almost two weeks, felt it was important to see him before he put the "shield" on the right lens to correct that. Make sense? Yes, I thought so too. Brain surgery hasn't dulled my senses. :-)
We had Jami and her family to dinner last night. Fixed tater tot casserole and jello w/fruit. We also had the rest of Shauna's fabulous California slaw. Shauna, I really need to get that recipe from you. i
think I told all of you, I don't care of cole slaw as a rule, but this is fabulous!
